current year.<\/span><\/p><p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The tax credit will be determined in the following year. More specifically, according <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to the Personal Income Tax Law (Article 89a), a taxpayer who invests in an <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">alternative investment fund for the purpose of acquiring investment units is entitled <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to a personal tax credit of up to 50% of the investment made in the calendar year <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">for which the tax is determined.
