In accordance with the Decision of the Securities Exchange Commission no. 2/5-168-1958/3-24 of August 8th, 2024 regarding the adopted amendments to the Rulebook on Alternative Investment Funds (“Official Gazette of RS”, 61/2020-64, 63/2024-93) and the Rulebook on Types of Alternative Investment Funds (“Official Gazette of RS”, 61/2020-85 , 63/2024-94), we hereby inform you that the Alternative Investment Fund Management Company Vista Rica ad Belgrade obtained the consent of the Securities Exchange Commission to amend the Business Rules, Prospectus and Key Investor Information of the Vista Rica Invest fund, the application of which begins on August 26th, 2024, in accordance with Articles 60-65. of the Law on Open-ended Investment Funds subject to Public Offering (“Official Gazette of RS”, 73/2019-49).
